I have been having this issue with my computer audio being heard through my mic, i have already gone through options such as disabling stereo mix and making sure "listen to this device" on my mic are ticked off. If i am able to get a solution it would be greatly appreciated, thank you in Advance.

If you re-install your motherboard's audio driver and you still have problems, then there are only 2 obvious reasons:

    1. You use open back headphones and if you play too loud it bleeds out into the headset mic.
    2. You have a gaming motherboard and you use a variety of software (discord, obs, virtual audio cable, personal voice changer...) Your desktop audio signals are a mess. You have no idea where the audio signal is routed from point a to point b to point c and you ended up broadcasting your gaming audio to your listener. Figure out where your audio signals are being routed.

I thank you for these steps but unfortunately they did not work, my system model is B560 DS3H AC-Y1. Some more info that may be helpful to solving this is that one of the drivers and for my headphones is from Realtek, I've seen many having the issue with them so it may bring some usefulness. Again thank you in advance.
