Dism Temp Files

Question

I can delete dism temp Files in %temp% and bring it to recycle bin. But I can't delete this temp file in recycle bin because it needs permission. I can't change types of permission because it greyed out.

Here are all ways to delete files that won't delete:

1. Try taking ownership first of folder and files inside with this handy right click shortcut which installs a Take Ownership shortcut to your right click menu to use in cases like this on files and folders which won't cooperate:

2. If that doesn't work then try these strategies:
