Anyone can help me to know where i can have a more detailed log of the problem?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Please check the information below if it is related to your issue.
    http://blog.jamesblakeley.ca/?p=120
Every time we had an issue with any service we could checked the event logs first.
If the event log doesn't provide more information, I'm afraid that there is no specific log to see if a service stops automatically.
We could try to use process monitor tool to capture the trace from start service to stop service to check.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
