Hi Kirk,
Perhaps I should explain in a bit more detail.
On Monday, April 4 2022 we begun to have issues utilizing Quick Assist to perform remote assistance to our staff members. We have verified it not being related to a firewall, ACL, desktop GPO setting etc on our local LAN.
What occurs is that when we initiate a connection with a remote user, the session tries to create and either never completes or takes over 40 minutes. At other times, it will connect immediately and that will occur every day starting this past monday.
Your statement of "The quick assistant will be disconnected for a certain period of time when using it. I wonder if this is your problem?" can you explain a bit further? Is it just drops current connections or does it not allow new sessions for a period of time throughout each day?
Is it recommended to have customers not rely on using Quick Assist as it's main remote mgmt platform?
Thank you
