error code: 0xC002001B in the Microsoft store when trying to update. (Windows 10)

When I try to install or update an app from the Microsoft store I get an error with error code: 0xC002001B. I have tried different things already but none of them work. For example I tried making a new user account which didn't work. I tried to Reset Store Cache which also didn't work and I tried to run Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} in Windows PowerShell (Admin) which gave me red error messages in Windows PowerShell (Admin). Are there any other solutions to this problem?

Agreed! Upgrading to a new Os should NOT be a solution

updating to windows 11 fixed the problem

Yeah, that is one of the solutions on other forums, they were forced to upgrade to Windows 11.

I have the same problem that occurred the same time as you, around 06-May-2022. Some apps do push through if you are patient in multiple tries. I got at the start, 30 apps that had this error, not it's down to 17. But on another device, it is 25 apps and it does not budge, still 25 a week later.

Was holding off on Win11 until next year, but maybe it is time to pull the trigger on the upgrade.
