An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory: annoying VS code error

I am getting this error for couple of months now both on windows 10 and windows 11 whenever installing VS code new version. I tried switch of the defender folder control option. But it did not worked. I am getting this error in default installation folder and I change the installation folder to program files, and I also getting this error. Please help me to solve this issue.

    Could you run the application as an administrator, right click on the icon to select this option and then try again?

    When I ran as administrator it probably work. But the problem is, vs code download the latest version and ask me to upgrade it. Then I can not run as an administrator.

    It was totally ok couple of months ago. For some security update now windows doesn't allow me to install VS code updates. But as you said I can manually install VS code without any problems. And thank you for helping me out :)
