USB Device not recognize
Hello,
I bought a new Lenovo monitor as the 2nd monitor and access a USB Type C to HDMI adaptor to connect with the Lenovo laptop. The good news is that it works, but the bad news is the Windows Explorer keeps noticing me that the USB device not recognized. Please advise.

Does the laptop have HDMI? You will always have less problems if you avoid an adapter cable. Can you use an HDMI cable instead?
