You have a problems with NVidia driver or graphic adapter. If your PC is brand made, please reinstall graphic driver from PC manufacturer's site.

You may right-click on System and select "Save…" to get evtx file.

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, it gives more detailed information. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.
Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.
