    Hi @OzfordIT-7267,

As TKujala mentioned, this can happen if you are using a different name in your local AD.

If your directory is not detecting the verified domain it is possible that you are authenticating to an alternative Azure AD instance or there is an issue where it's not returning your verified domain. If possible can you send me a mail with your domain name, initial domain name, subscription ID, and tenant id? (AzCommunity@microsoft.com).

    Other things to try:

    • Click the refresh symbol
    • Ensure that the UPN suffix is not changed to the default .onmicrosoft.com
    • Make sure there's nothing wrong with the connection between the machine and the tenant

Too bad the solution wasn't posted. I'm going through the same issue right now.
