I want to reset my Windows 11 and keep my programs and files, how do I do that? I can choose from System > Recovery > Reset this PC but it only keeps the files, not programs. What can I do?

I have an old game I really wanted to play, sadly it doesn't run in my laptop, while others can run it just fine. I don't know if it's the game problem or my laptop. I will try repairing Windows, or maybe is there a way to restore all my settings to default?

Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

I apologize, unfortunately, it is currently a default configuration in the Reset settings that all installed apps will be deleted except your files and the built-in Windows apps if you choose the "Keep my files" option.

If you reset you can either keep data or lose all data, Programs will have to be re-installed

If you have a problem can you not repair win? If not what is the exact problem?
