GPU turning off when rendering

Recently I have not been able to render videos from After Effects as after around a minute, my GPU fans would stop spinning and the display would go black (signalling that it's off) as well as this, audio cuts out completely and any USB devices plugged into the motherboard (ie mouse, keyboard, microphone) would lose power.

My specs are:

r9 5900x

rx 5500-xt

b550m ds3h

evga 500br

2x8gb 3200mhz corsair vengeance

Troubleshooting methods I have tried:

-Removing and reinstalling drivers with ddu

-reinstalling windows 11

-removing each stick of ram individually and disabling XMP

-checking the cables on my motherboard and gpu

-checking reliability history (error code 1a8 LiveKernelEvent was found)

-checking event viewer

-Monitoring temperatures and power draw of both cpu and gpu during rendering (nothing unordinary)

Would really appreciate any help I could get at this point as I need this project rendered.

Hi, I'm Mario, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

We are sorry about what happened.

First we will disable all programs at startup and test only the After Effects program

Do the steps in the link below:
