Authenticator Not Syncing

I switched phones (iOS to iOS upgrade), now I can't recover the sites I had saved in Authenticator.

I get the "Getting things ready for you ... Please wait while we sync your autofill data" page ...

but it just keeps spinning (all day) and nothing happens.

I'm afraid that if I delete Authenticator and reload, I'll surely lose everything.

How can I now access sites that were connected to the app?
