Windows 11 Key Combination Problem

Anonymous

In my laptop every key combination is working fine except Ctrl+Shift+N whether I am trying to create a new folder or use it to go to incognito mode in any browser, it is not working.

There is no problem with keys itself as all individual keys are working fine.

    Good Day Smasher.py

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread,

Here's the steps you can try.

-Click Start, type CMD and run it as administrator

-Copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

    Sfc /scannow

Wait until the pc finishes scanning and repairing any corrupted system files then proceed with the next command

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Restart once done and check.

If issue persists, you can proceed with repair install, just download and run the ISO file and choose to keep your files and apps.

    Good Day Smasher.py,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, have you tried the steps including the repair install by downloading the ISO and choose to keep your files and apps? If not please do so.

Hopefully this is not a hardware issue, do you have an external keyboard that we can use to try if the external keyboard works.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
