Zoom Blue screen problem

My laptop is a piece of ****, but all he can do is normally use. So because my old pc has broken and i only can use my older pc. Cause I'm a student, i still need to use zoom on my old laptop. It work normally first but when i upgrade to windows 10, the zoom started to go wrong. It blue screen when I meeting. So I just realised that windows 10 are not suitable for me. Then, I came back to windows 8.1 but the problem are not fixing. Either I downgrade to old windows 7 it also blue screen. But when you don't meeting, it work normally. I also tried to format it still same. Anyone can help, it important for me.

    This is strange My laptop fix itself maybe i change the settings. My solution is go to video and press advanced option and find the first button that can choose many type i switch to directx11 and it well work normally i think but anyways thank you for your reply but different computer the solution is different

    What is the device manufacturer and the model?
