You may try Windows 11 installation media to use restore points or roll back updates. It allows to do more without a password.
bootloader repair
i have problem with windows bootloader since i installed it on external linux drive. I want to run the startup repair tool, but I need to sign in to my Microsoft account to proceed. when he enters his password, he tells me that it is incorrect, and it is correct because I can normally log in to this account on the phone. can you get around it somehow?

2022-05-08T17:55:35+00:00 it's a post-lease laptop so I can't find previous password. to get to cmd I have to log in anyway ... probably only reinstallation remains

Windows recovery environmemt asks for some old password not current one. So please try all old passwords you can recall.
