Enter credential?

I just got a screen of a cmd saying "enter credentials for asus or hit esc to switch users /sign-in methods (i never put password in this laptop) and i typed everything until a reseting pwd poped up here

Enter password: "

And I tried resseting password here

A help will make me happy and appreciate it

    It was about years i already used this laptop, at first it was normal, but this time, it was like that

    Idk the others such as work network or azure, since it was used by everyone in my house

    That is not a normal Windows login screen, is your PC connected to a work network or Azure domain in a work environment, or was that PC used when you purchased it?
