Error Code 0x80070246 in Windows 11 !!

Hi all.
This error code seemds to be a constant pain for Microsoft, but no one yet I have found has the real answer to the cure the problem.
I have now been callled to a Windows 11 system that has this very error code and I can also say that running SFC will not run as the Windows Resource Protection stops any changes to the System files and the Registry.
Perhaps the SFC needs an update as it obviuly did noty work well in Windows10.
Can anyone give me the final amswer to this problem or at least something to try.
