My mom got me the stream 11 laptop from Amazon and when I got it everything was fine, I could download apps and all those fun stops but when I was clicking on random settings I accidentally restarted my laptop, and because of that my product key was gone and I could not download the app, use my camera, calculator, use zoom and everything was a living hell and now I'm trying to see if I could get a product key I could use for my laptop since I don't know the old one and it not anywhere on the box it came with.

    Hi,

the product key gets tied to the system hardware these days.

That means that as soon as you install the right edition of Windows on the hardware that was once activated, it will automatically activate Windows again.

If you had Windows 10 Pro installed, and you install Windows 10 Pro again, Windows will automatically reactivate.

However, without more information I won't be able to help you much more. What do you need the Key for? Did you reinstall, or is Windows deactivated?

Do the other problems still exist?

    Regards,

    LightJack
