Reinstalling Microsoft Windows Store

I tried to reinstall using powershell command but got this message:

Windows cannot install package Microsoft.WindowsStore_12105.1001.23.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe because the package is

currently paused. The package must be Staged in order to proceed.

How do I proceed?

    Hello Broglet,

    I am Jaspreet Singh

    Please follow these steps:

    Download the media creator tool from here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    Install it on your system and run it.

    When asked click on upgrade this PC Now.

    Follow the steps on the tool and it should replace any missing or corrupt files with new ones without deleting anything on your system. This should hopefully resolve this issue.

    I am sorry Broglet I have no more suggestions. But this is an open forum lets see if someone else has a solution.

    Yes I am logged in with the Administrator account.

    I have also tried to use wsreset.exe to get the Store working but that produces the error message ms-windows-storePurgeCaches File system error (-2147219196)

    Are you logged in with the administrator account on your system? If not you will need the admin account access to run the tool.

    Thanks Jaspreet - I tied this but it said "Error: access is denied"
