Windows 11 Shutdown Bug

Ever since I've installed Windows 11, my PC has been shutting down randomly when gaming. I know for a fact it has nothing to do with my computer specs as I've never had this issue before and I've run tests to make sure temperatures are good. I don't know if this is a Windows 11 bug, or something in my BIOS conflicting with Windows 11, but its getting annoying to have my entire pc shut down after about 40 minutes of gameplay. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Note: I can not go back to Windows 10 as my 10 days to revert have gone by already.

    HI,

The issue is Kernel-Power Event 41 it says "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

This event is mostly caused by a driver or hardware

Since the issue is related to playing games I will first suggest that you clean reinstall the Graphics card driver.

Uninstall the currently installed driver using DDU then download and install a different/older driver version from the PC/Graphics card manufacturer support site.

Also, update the BIOS if it's available.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi DanElgrabli,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share the System logs? It might help us determine the cause of the issue.

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click System.

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
