You can certainly uninstall a driver in the Device Manager, but again, it will probably be reinstalled when you reboot.
Camera Driver
Can i uninstall camera driver? I don't need it because i don't use camera and doesn't need to reinstall. I will use pnputil command to delete driver package.

Why would you want to uninstall a driver? A specific driver doesn't take up a significant amount of space and if Windows detects hardware without a driver when it boots, must likely it will reinstall the driver. Why do you think you need to uninstall the driver?
