Hi UndernesiaOfficial.
If the reset operation failed, please try that again, and if it does not succeed the second time, then the only option left will be a full clean install from a bootable USB.

Hi UndernesiaOfficial.
Sorry, I was offline, if the above methods did not work for you, honestly, I think the best option would be to reset Windows while keeping your files,, I think that will be the only method to stabilize your Windows.
Hi UndernesiaOfficial.
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
1
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut DownDo this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.
Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot correctly.
If there is the option to remove that update, that will be best
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itselfGo to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to2
If the above does not work for you.Start Windows and when you get the black screen with the cursor
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
Select File - New Task and from the resulting dialog, run this and click OK:
services.msc
In the list of services, find AppReadiness'
Double click 'AppReadiness', set its startup type to 'Disabled'
Click Apply and click OK.
Restart the PC:
Repeat the process to open Task Manager
This time, select File - New Task and from the resulting dialog, run this and click OK:
cmd
Run this task in the Command Prompt window to force a shutdown
shutdown /s /f
Restart your PC.
I've try your tips but it doesn't work. After i try the last step, and restart my PC, the screen show an error mesaage "sihost.exe". After that, i'm trying to run explorer myself and it manage to show the screen for a few seconds and after that it crash again. And show up another error like in the image.
Edit: I also tried to run Chrome but then it doesn't run. The Chrome Process appear in the Process list but then it disappear. I'm trying to enable the app process back but its not working
