can someone assist me i am having trouble with my win 11 after the latest feature update my ram runs constantly at 90% usage and my pc is slow and laggy i have stopped unnecessary apps and removed apps that can cause issues.
I also scanned for virusses malware and spyware and startup virusses nothing I cleaned my temporary files and caches on bit its still very slow
my Specs is
i7 7700
8GB 2666mhz ram
256GB sata SSD
win 11 Pro 64 bit
please help

First, can you please check what are the services and processes running in your computer in the task manager.
-Click Start, type Task Manager and open it
-Click Processes Tab

thank you for responding as far as i can see it is normal processes that is running in the background if i for example i open my steam and firefox my pc get so laggy that i cannot do anything on it it consumes al my ram so i do not know what is happening I also closed all the uneccessary apps and processes that may klill my ram but stil the same result i am very close to formatting my pc to see if this resolves the issue.
I will post a screenshot later toda when i am home.

You should be able to just sort in task manager by ram usage and figure out what's going on. 8GB fills up fast though anymore if you have multiple things running. It doesn't take more than two or three applications running to get high usage.
It is possible something is running in the background and will settle in time.
I'm sure someone else around here may look into it further.
