From your description, it seems that most of your programs can be opened, and a few can't be opened normally. Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.
First of all, could you tell me what the program you failed to open is? In this way, I can better judge the problem for you.
You could also send me the screenshot of the error report at the same time.
