    This error code usually occurs when Windows cannot run the programs you are trying to run and most probably its files and libraries have been corrupted.

    To troubleshoot this issue, kindly try the steps below:

    1-It seems you are trying to run Microsoft Team. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall Microsoft team. Also, delete all Microsoft team leftover files in system drive > Program file. Then, go to this link and download Microsoft team:

    After that, install it and check to see if you are able to open it or not.
