It sounds like you are experiencing an error 0x104 when connect to remote destop via Andriod phone. This could be caused by network or corrupted system files.
- Make sure that your Android phone is in the same network environment with your PC.
- Press and hold Windows+X to run Windows PowerShell (Administrator), and execute the following commands respectively in sequence:
sfc /SCANNOW
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Allow the process to finish and see if it solves any issues. Restart the device afterward.
