I'm wondering as I can't update my Lenovo T460 ThinkPad to windows 11 as it "has" a not-supported GPU. Will a new Windows 11 (update) make It so any GPU's an updated or will I have to wait until Windows 10 is not supported to update to Windows 11 or witch ever windows is out to get it?

Windows 10 is supported on existing hardware until 2025. Windows 11 has higher spec requirements and I doubt these will change so when Windows 10 reaches end of life (unless you want to continue without security updates) you will need to buy a new computer.

But I Don't want to buy a new computer

Lenovo T460 ThinkPad has been released in Feb 2016 and it will be outdated at 2025 when Win 10 support is going to end,

so it would be good time to buy new device at that point.

If you want Windows 11 after 2025 you won't have any choice. Windows 11 is not supported on older hardware.
