Activate the user rating

how can i activate this user Rating in the qna Maker or in the azure Portal?

First you need to create a service.

Service is active, QnA Maker with over 300 QnA's is running smoothly.

Where do I activate this rating for the users?

In the Azure Portal or in QnA Maker?

@JFEBW Are you checking about having a rating for your bot that is using QnAMaker to query the KB? I think QnAMaker does not have this functionality inbuilt to request for ratings for its response. It has an active learning feature that will improve its response based on users responses though.
