Hi, I am trying to download the ISO for the above mentioned build from (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsiot#!), and get the following error:

Is there somewhere else I can download this build? I found a similar question from 2019 but the download link given in the answer no longer works.

Is this build compatible with the Pi 3B+ ? I am having a lot of trouble getting my hands on any more Pi 3B's

Sorry I wouldn't know, I have never used Windows 10 IoT Core.
I own a RPi 4B, running Windows 11 arm64 Dev Channel at the moment.
