First issue, sound not working. Done lots of troubleshooting, driver updates, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Then finally found what appeared to be the correct driver. However, also performed a Cumulative Update for windows 10, and after restarting received the following error code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Lisa

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That error is not generated by a driver, you have some LG app installed fro the Microsoft Store, and that is generating the error.

Open the Settings App, then go to Apps, scroll down to find any LF app that may be installed on your PC, note down the name of that app, then uninstall it.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then check if that error is gone.

If you need to have that LG app installed on your PC, go to the Microsoft Store to re-download the newest version of that LG app.

Thank you! That did the trick!

Now, if I could just solve my no sound issue, that would be fantastic! lol
