The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000061941, 0xffff9f1b5002a2a8, 0x0000000000000009, 0xffff818c47c3e060). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 08510a9c-d475-47da-a86e-2690f5271297.

    The dump file report points to "hardware_ram". This issue might be caused by faulty RAM/Memory.

    I recommend that you test the RAM using MEMTest86. Make sure to have at least 8 full passes for a near conclusive result.

    Anyway, the minidump file also indicates "vgk.sys". It is Riot Vanguard anticheat component for Valorant.

    I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    Please upload the minidump or Memory dump file Windows created when you encountered BSOD. It will help us determine what caused the PC to crash.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows (for Memory.dmp) and C:\Windows\Minidump (for minidump file)
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.
