Problem Event Name - Bluescreen. Computer Bluescreening and restarting since 14/01/22

Hi, I've had my PC for 3 years now and encountered no issues. As of the 14th Jan 2022, I've been experiencing random Blue screens and restarts. I'm hoping someone here can help diagnose the problem I'm having. I'll try and share as much info as I possibly can. Apologies for the long post.

After the first couple of bluescreens, I completely formatted the PC back to factory defaults, this was on 15/0122. Still the issue persists.

I've compiled a list of all the Critical Errors recorded in this PasteBin log, so it doesn't clog up the page:

EDIT: Here is a link to the minidump files, uploaded to OneDrive

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,

Chloe

    Hi there Dave,

Thank you for your help! I've updated the chipset and BIOS to the most recent versions, and just to be on the safe side I ran the MemTest86 regardless. I'll share the pastebin link to what I think are the results? And also the screen print of the results as well.

Also, I have the program called CPUID HWMonitor which is showing very high temperatures on my Motherboard, however I've checked it physically with a Thermal Reading monitor and it's not overheating at all, and temps aren't reaching past 50 degrees C. I'm not sure if this is a sensor issue or a false reading or what. I've added screenprints of the program below.

    Hi Chloe,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file just indicates memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

    1

Go to the support page for your PRIME Z270-K Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed, your BIOS date is 2017

    2

Wait to see if your system stabilizes, if not, the best option is to download the widely available free utility MemTest86, then run a full 4 pass scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors
