Pc buttons keep freezing

I have just built a new pc and i noticed that after starting it up it sometimes works fine and sometimes fails. With fails i mean: windows ui buttons not working. The graphs in task manager performance stop. Cant close or open programs, etc

A few other noticable things are that whenever i restart it (holding down the power button since i cant restart the normal way) sometimes things didnt seem to be saved. Such as razer synapse needing to download the same thing every time i startup.

This problem sometimes accurs 10-30 seconds after starting up but sometimes works fine till i open a "heavy" to run app/game.

My specs are:

Rx 470 4gb

Ryzen 5 3600

B450 steel legend

120GB SSD (thing to add id that the ssd is almost/completely full)

1TB HDD

500w sharkoon sfx gold psu

A few fans and other stuff connected.

Could it be the power supply failing to give enough wattage? Or the fact i used the hard drives and gpu out of my old pc that worked perfectly fine.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, I have 12 Microsoft MVP awards. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you. I'm sorry you have a problems.

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

Yes, if you turned on PC forcibly, you'll get this error too.

Please save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

Please run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% means memory error too.

Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.

And please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with motherboard compatibility list (QVL).

Isnt 63 the error i got when i turned off the pc by holding down the power button? Since it was always the last problem before another startup, i will try to find another psu.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.

    a few errors i found:

The access history in component :ProgramDataPackagesNortonSecurity_cjtsyd8xszapp-1-5-21-100537762-1532940421-1958666655-1001SystemAppDataHeliumCache33a4b0f8796b383c_COM15.dat has been cleared, with 1 keys updated and 1 modified pages created. (kernel-General, information)

Status of connectivity in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC compliance (Kernel-Power, Information)

The system has rebooted without first shutting down correctly. This error may have been caused by the system becoming unresponsive or frozen, or by a power outage. (Kernel-Power Critical)

the last 2 errors were after eachother i think every time.
