Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

Have you checked if the Num Lock key is activated? Have you also tried using the F1-F10 function keys? Do the other keys work? If you press for example the Caps Lock the led indicator lights up?

No none of the keys are working no led. The strange thing is that both of the keyboards are not working.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you enter your PC's BIOS? This would be a good test to check if your motherboard can identify the keyboard even before any Windows components are loaded. I also imagine that you have already tested all possible ports on the PC.

No I can't it directly goes to bitlocker screen and funny thing is that keyboard is not working. I have tried connecting same keyboard to another computer and it works perfectly fine. Here is a video which shows problem.

Power off by holding in the power button twice, on the third time it should enter Recovery Environment which has a better chance of the mouse and keyboard working.

If so choose Advanced Troubleshoot Options to try to System Restore to a point when it was working.
