Hi,
I've created a new user profile on my pc using the link provided. What should I do next?

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Recently I upgraded my pc. One of the main parts I upgraded was the CPU. I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 9 5900x. After booting my system on everything seemed fine. I was play Fortnite with my friends when my game crashed. Fortnite rarely crashes for me but I assumed it was just a bug. I reloaded and when I got into my next math my pc blackscreened with no BSOD. Then my system restarted. I figured my pc overheated since it was getting pretty warm. I opened my fan control software and cranked up my fan speed which now keeps my CPU cool at around 41 degrees Celsius. However even with such low temperatures my issue was not solved. I thought about it being a software issue so I did some trouble shooting. ( Made sure my game was updated, verified my game files in the Epic Games launcher, reinstalled the game, ran the launcher as administrator, started Fortnite from both the desktop and the launcher , etc) Even after all my trouble shooting I was getting the same result. I would like to mention two things: 1 This issue only happens with Fortnite and 2 One of the first things I did was update my gpu drivers so they shouldn't be the problem. I checked windows reliability report and It displayed hardware errors. This is most likely not related to my problem as updating my GPU drivers fixed them and they no longer show up. I was able to play for a few hours yesterday before the issue started to repeat itself. When the issue reoccurred I checked both Windows Reliability Report and the Event Viewer. The event viewer states that windows shut down unexpectedly at the time of the crashes and the event viewer displayed interesting reports about the error that is most likely causing this issue. Unfortunately researching these errors lead me to no clear answer so I'm wondering if someone here can tell me what they mean and verify if this is what is causing my system to fail.

I also have some warnings that were included in the event viewer if needed. I'm willing to provide any needed information as long as someone is able to give me an answer. This issue has been happening for days now and its driving me crazy.

Hey,
Sorry for the late reply, I thought I had fixed the issue but apparently not. A few days ago I updated my CPU chipset drivers. After doing that, the issue stopped, which is why I was not paying attention to this post. Just a few minutes before writing this, I was playing Fortnite when this same issue occurred after not occurring for around 3 days. When this issue occurred, Windows Event Viewer and Reliability Report still show the same issues that they did when I first posted this.
