Once again this issue is happening almost every time I start my computer. This seemed to began after I went to Windows 11. I have renamed my computer but this keeps happening:

I've got the same issue. Already disabled netbios, but didn't do anything. Also turned to my network adapter and on the power management tab, unchecked the box allowing the computer to turn off this device to save power.

on an average in every 5-6 minutes the ethernet disconnected and reconnecting again.

When the hotspot of laptop is turned on, then after 10-15 sec the ethernet disconnected and again reconnecting.

Please help to fix this issue.

It's happening frequently on a fresh windows 11 install, amd 2700x. Never had issues before on win 10.
