    Hello AdamWalkerLondon,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that the above methods did not resolve the issue.

When was the last time it worked properly? What is your current Windows version and edition? Press Start then click Settings(Gear icon), select System then About.

**Let's try to Refresh the Windows update service

    1. Download the Windows update .reg file and save it to your computer

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...

    1. Double click on the downloaded .reg file to merge it
    2. When prompted, click Yes, and OK.
    3. Restart your computer
    4. Please check if the windows update service is now restored and running
    5. Press Start then search Services
    6. Find Windows update in the list and double click it
    7. Startup type: Automatic and service status: Running
    8. Please check if the issue still persists.

**Please try creating a new local administrator account.

    Hello,

Try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps:

    1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
    3. Then type following command and press Enter key:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Let the command complete.

    1. Close Windows PowerShell.

If that doesn't works, try repair upgrade:

Let me know if issue still persists!
