    Dear OluwatobiOlowo,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly try the following methods to fix the issue:

1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options:

    A-Startup repair.

B-If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...

C-If you installed any updates recently, uninstall it

D-Click on Command Prompt > Type this command and hit enter:

    bootrec /scanos

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

2-If it did not help, create a bootable USB of Windows 10 and boot your computer with the USB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

On the installation window, click on repair and try the options provided in step 1.

After that, check if it fixed the issue or not.

Be noted that you have to install the same Windows edition that was running on your computer in order not to face Windows activate issues.

    Hi OluwatobiOlowo,

    Thanks for updating me.

According to the images, you did all the steps correctly and I see no issue with it. However, this time use another USB stick instead of the external hard drive.

You can also create a bootable USB Stick with Rufus, do it with GPT and test it, if it does not work, create another bootable USB with MBR:

    Please keep me updates.

    Thank you

Thank you for your help so far.

I downloaded a media installer on an external drive.

It didn't show up at first so I had to make it available on the boot

When back to boot f9 to connect it but it still went back to the blue screen.

I'd snap every process maybe I'm doing something wrong.

First I'd press for then it'd show me there's nothing then I'll go to f10 to set it.

When I get to the BIOS,I set it on system configuration..scroll down to boot option. I press enter on usb key/usb hard disk for both UEFI and legacy boot order. Oh and it was the windows 10 install media I download on the external drive. I press f10 to save then it takes me back to where I'd press esc. Then to f9 and I'd see the drive. After that it goes black with nothing, then back to the blue screen

Most probably this diagnostic will be ended without detecting any issues since it is a hardware diagnostic. Instead, you can try with an older driver. Sometimes older version works smoothly.
