After update Network Error

My desktop HP Compaq 8100 Elite Small form Facter, after installing major windows update 20H2 quality and others that comes along, afterwards my desktop all network are no longer working. my desktop usb wifi adapter as well as motherboards Ethernet connection are connect but without internet connection. i tried unintalling the up did not fix it lucky i had restore points so i was able to restore. after retoring everthing was fine i ran a disk clean with is my restore points were deleted and the updates were installed again so now I'm facing the same issue. i am unable to restore back since disk clean had deleted it. and suggestions?

    Method 1

    I suggest that you go to the website of the manufacturer of your equipment from another computer and consult it by model, download the latest drivers, such as network card, sound card, video card, chipset, Bios, among others and install on your computer.

    Restart the computer and see if the behavior still persists, follow the procedure below.

    Method 4

    Resetting network settings
