Monitor stuttering

everytime i turn on my computer the monitor screen stutter and after 4 to 7 seconds its gone and if i restart it doesn't stutter

my rig

CPU: AMD A10 7700K
RAM: 12 GB
GPU: ASUS GT 730 2GB
HDD: 300 GB

    Good Day Tak3u,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand theDisplay adapters

    -Look for Display driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Restart your computer and observe the display.

    If issue persists, proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand theDisplay adapters

    -Look for Display driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall

    Once uninstalled, go to this link and download and install the driver.

    Once downloaded and installed restart and check then display.
