File Sharing Using old Password

I am sharing my whole drive via windows 11,

via the advanced sharing option i only gave my Microsoft account access to the drive

now when trying to connect via a different pc using my current Microsoft account password it doesn't work,

using my old password instead works to connect to the drive

is there away to update to the new password since the old one is week

    Hi,

    i had filesharing turned on since win 10 then i upgraded through insider,

    turning it off and on again didn't fix the issue

    You turned on sharing before. Is the password changed afterwards?

    You can try to cancel sharing and then share again to test whether the new password is available.
