Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.
If you were able to get a screenshot of the command prompt/powershell window, kindly use this tool Autoruns for Windows - Sysinternals: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/d...
- Click on "Download Autoruns and Autorunsc" to download the file
- Extract the file and run Autoruns/Autoruns64 as admin (Note: run Autoruns64 if you are running a 64-bit OS)
- Once Autoruns is launched, search for "cmd" in the search box (do the same for "powershell" as well)
- Post the result. or if you were able to capture the title of the command prompt window, you may search it as well under the "Filter:" to know the proper entry to uncheck.
- Once unchecked, or deleted, kindly reboot your machine and monitor again.
If that didn't work, kindly enable the "built-in" administrator account to isolate the issue:
- On your search bar, type command prompt and select "run as administrator"
- On the command prompt window, type
net user administrator /active:yesand press Enter - Reboot your machine, then login to your admin account, and check if you'll encounter the same issue.
Note: If you don't encounter the issue on the built-in administrator account, I suggest that you create a new user account (go through the steps under "My computer is in a workgroup") . Please refer to this article as a guide: https://support.microsoft.com/help/14039/window...
I hope this helps. Good luck!
