So the BSOD is very persistent. It is highly possible that it is already caused by hardware.

Start PC in Safe Mode. If the BSOD still persists in the Safe Mode it means the issue might be already caused by hardware.

    To start in Safe Mode.

    >> Press the Windows logo key + R.

    >> Type msconfig in the Open box and then select OK.

    >> Select the Boot tab.

    >> Under Boot options, click the Safe boot checkbox.

    >> Apply and restart PC.

    Let me know the result.

    Thanks.

    Hi Paul Navera,

running device driver seems to be complex task, besides the BSOD error is happening every 10 minutes. is there any alternate ways that I can check. I suspect battery , I had got it replaced sometime back and followed by windows 11 update.

    Thank You

    Hi PAWAN,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

The minidump files didn't name any driver. They only indicated system kernel driver s "ntkrnlmp.exe and win32k.sys ". Since both are system files it means something else drove them into a fault. It could be hardware, software, or a driver.

I recommend that you run Driver Verifier to find any misbehaving, corrupted, or outdated driver.

Follow the instructions from this article.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable...

    Reminders:

=> Disable Driver Verifier after 48 hours or after receiving a BSOD.

=> Create a Restore Point before running Driver Verifier.

Share the minidump file once you receive a BSOD error.
