information PLEASE

Question

I have been trying to install windows 10 key i bought.. it tells me to go to settings in which i can not locate for the life of me on the computer but anyway.. i tried another way and telling me incompatible application... please i am so frustrated.

From an elevated cmd.exe you can
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
slmgr /ato

Hi,
Firstly, you could check if the Windows 10 key is suitable for your system. For example, your system is Win10 Pro, your Win10 key is pro key.
If the key is OK, try to use the option (Change product key in Settings) in the link below:
Activate Windows 10
