    Dear ValtteriLemmetti,in that case I recommend trying to access the computer in safe mode;

    Press the Windows key and type: msconfig press Enter;

    Click on System startup and check the options: Safe startup and Alternative Shell;

    Click Apply and restart your PC;

    Now open CMD (Command Prompt) as administrator;

    Copy and paste the commands below followed by Enter:

    Sfc /ScanNow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    chkdsk C: /f /r

    After finishing the processes, restart the PC normally and check the behavior;

    I hope I helped, even more!

    Hello ValtteriLemmetti, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the Program Files x86 folder is corrupt;

    Initially I recommend that you try a system restore to a date when the files were stored on your machine.

    • Press the keys "Windows+R" now type RSTRUI and click "OK".
    • Click on "Show more restore points" in order to show more options of dates to restore and then choose a point with a date before this problem;
    • Proceed through the screens until the restoration starts and completes.

    Note: System Restore will leave your computer the way it was on the date you choose, that is, if a program was installed after the chosen date, the program will not appear installed after the restoration, and so on. Files and personal data are not lost, such as documents, music, videos, photos and so on.

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!

    Dear ValtteriLemmetti,in that case I recommend running the Chkdsk command;

    Open CMD (Command Prompt) as administrator;

    Copy and paste the command below by pressing Enter:

    chkdsk C: /f /r

    When in use, the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen unit after the reboot. Just type Y and restart your computer;

    Check if the tool is able to correct errors;

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!
