I ran the troubleshooter & then it had me try the update again. Still more luck. It shows Windows 10 version 21H1 & that's the same update its trying to run.
0x80070002 error
My computer started rebooting over and over again with a stopcode error. I reset to a previous version of my computer when all the files were working. Then I started getting a message every time I start my computer saying the C drive is missing: C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Microsoft.549981C3F5F10_3.2110.13603.0_x64_...\Win32Bridge.Server.exe So then I went into settings to have Windows update and now I'm getting the 0x80070002 error. Some of the icons on my desktop and most of them in the start menu don't work. Help!! Not computer savvy or made of money.

1
Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Update and Security - Troubleshoot
Click 'Show Additional Troubleshooters'
Run the Windows Update troubleshooter from the resulting page
2
If that does not get the update service working on your PC
Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter
On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
3
Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Update and Security - Windows Updates
What update(s) are showing as pending on your system?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That error is caused by Cortana.
Open the Settings App, then go to Apps, scroll down to find Cortana.
Select Cortana and choose Advanced Options and choose to reset Cortana.
Then check if that error is gone on Startup
If not, download and install the latest version of Cortana form the Store:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/cortana/9nffx...
2
Click your Start Button, then just type winver and press Enter
Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.
