Windows update problem

it's been a month and I am getting errors during updating of window 11 it says "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry--undergoing changes. Please keep your computer on."

when I try to troubleshoot it say it is fixed and when. And after when i see the error I got this

IsPostback_RC_PendingUpdates IsPostback: False WaasMedicService

Issue found by: EnableUUPsScanPlugin

IsPostback: True

I don't understand why this happening and don't know how I can solve this
