Error code 0x80004005 (Windows 10)

I am getting this error code ....... I created a folder and named it different ............. after a few minutes another folder is already created over there and when I tried to delete that folder it showed this message!!
Also, I am not able to open that folder too

Sorry you're experiencing this problem.

This could be a simple issue, so if you could first try and reboot your computer and then see if the folder is there after rebooting, and if so, now try and delete it.
