When using USB and scroll to bottom of files, it automatic scrolls back to top. This only happens on my desktop. Tried same usb drive in laptop and have no problem. Disconnected mouse, still same.
Have Dell Optiplex 755 with windows 10. Just did a clean install of windows.
Thanks for any help

Hi John, Thanks for replying so fast. I did try what you said, but still had same problem, So, I thought about something. Maybe it's my wallpaper causing the trouble. My wallpaper is some photos of my travels and it's set as a slide show, so I changed to a Microsoft wallpaper and problem was gone. Even though this one is also a slide show it does not cause any problems. Don't know what the difference in the two are but something in my pictures are causing it. What I did was get my wallpaper displayed and opened the usb flash drive and scrolled down to bottom and when the wallpaper changed to another picture it scrolled back to top of file.
Problem solved. Thanks So Much.
