esc key

I have no idea what I did, but now I when I hit my esc key I get the HP System Information window. In order for me to get the normal esc key function, I have to hit Shift + esc. Can someone help me undo this?

    Is this window that opens from HP from an application?

    It was probably a shortcut assigned through that application.

    If you can't find through the app how to remove this shortcut, let's reinstall the keyboard drivers:

    Windows+X> Device manager> keyboards> right click on driver> Uninstall> restart PC.
